BSC International Occupational Health and Safety Diploma Program

Based on the point that most occupational accidents and diseases can be prevented by an effective occupational health and safety management, the British Safety Council offers the "International Occupational Safety and Health Diploma Program", an internationally recognized qualification indicator for health and safety professionals.
International OHS Diploma Program; Health and safety culture such as health and safety management at work, risk identification and equipment, effective control of activity-based risks, stress management, the importance of the human factor in reducing accidents / incidents and an enterprise investing in the field of health and safety. All issues that the manager may need regarding the occupational health and safety application are included in the scope
This diploma program has been accredited by IOSH as it meets the technical membership requirements of the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (Grad IOSH). Program graduates can apply for a chartered member (CMIOSH) after successfully completing their first professional development period. Diploma holders can also apply for a joint membership of the International Institute of Risk and Security Management (IIRSM).
It is recommended that candidates who will apply for the International OHS Diploma Program have the following qualifications.

The International Diploma Program consists of three compulsory units.
  • Unit 1. Health and Safety Management Principles
  • Unit 2.Protection of Human Health in the Workplace
  • Unit 3. Positive Health and Safety Culture in the Workplace
  • Candidates who will apply to this program are expected to be at Level 6 according to the English Language Test System (IELTS).
  • Any certificate or qualification in occupational health and safety
  • An alternative suitable qualification in a relevant sector
  • Experience in occupational health and safety
  • An adequate level of literacy and mathematical skills
